Landscape & Grounds

Current accepting applications for landscape technicians, crew leaders, and route drivers. Requires strong work ethic, great attitude, and the ability to communicate and provide exceptional customer service. Bilingual helpful, 3 years minimum experience and good driving record required.

Janitorial

Janitor positions available for day and night cleaning services. Both full-time and part-time positions. Requires promptness, good driving record, and the desire to accomplish excellent results when serving our customers. Positions available in northern California. Bilingual helpful, 1 year minimum experience required.

Utility Service Personnel

Janitorial position for an experienced person to work with floor detail crews. Must have 3 years minimum experience using various floor machines, buffers, strippers, scrubbers, etc. must be familiar with chemical application and the proper use of equipment in industrial settings. Bilingual helpful. Requires a good driving record and a strong desire to pursue excellence in performance.

Mechanic

Seeking an experienced mechanic. Must have the ability to multi-task responsibilities, while maintaining small engine equipment, manage warehouse, shop and fleet yard, maintain fleet vehicles, trailers, and tractors, and other various construction equipment. Requires the absolute ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form. Computer abilities and parts ordering necessary. Coordinate service of vehicles with outside 3rd party shops as needed. Bi-lingual helpful. Good driving record mandatory. Must have 10 years experience minimum, be exceptional in mechanical abilities and thought process, and must have the ability to maintain vehicle and equipment service records and keep costs controlled.
